Still with us, at the Severn Valley Railway, here is Class 50 no. 50031 "Hood" charging away from Axminster with the 09.15 London Waterloo to Exeter St. Davids service. The familiar English Electric sound will be reverberating across the town! The train is passing the footpath that lead alongside the carpet factory before taking the walker across the tracks and into the fields. This view is much changed since the line was re-doubled - and of course, no "Fifties"!
