At the end of May Class 50 no. 50021 "Rodney" pulls into the station with an unidentified London Waterloo to Exeter St. Davids service. The former up platform has been out of use since 1967, and the tracks are missing, but by 2009 they would be back, and the platform rebuilt. Nice collection of platform seats on the right! Could have done with one of them for the garden!
