Class 47 no. 47624 leaves Axminster with the 14,55 London Waterloo to Exeter St. Davids service, passing Axminster Carpet's factory. This Mainline-liveried Class 47 is in fact ex-Western Region "namer" no. 47087 "Cyclops", although by now this name had been removed. In 1994 the locomotive, then part of the Rail Express Systems fleet, was named "Saint Andrew" at London Kings Cross. Painted in RES livery the loco was withdrawn in 1998 and scrapped in Rotherham in 2006.
