(2) Colas Rail DR73931 - a Plasser & Theurer 08-16/4X4C100-RT tamper - stabled in the dairy sidings at 17.49. It will work eastwards later that evening as the 21.20 Chard Junction to Salisbury West Yard.
It's been 6 weeks of lockdown so far thanks to the coronavirus epidemic and we're all going stir crazy! Chard Junction is as far as I can go and stay within the law. Class 159s and the occasional tamper are not going to hold my interest fro much longer! Annoyingly, I did miss the Network Rail HST earlier in the day, although that worked through the previous month.
