Approaching the level crossing and loop from the east is Network South East Class 50 no. 50049 "Defiance". This is the 13.15 London Waterloo to Exeter St. Davids service. The sheep are resting, not phased by the passing of the train. I had been up to Westbury and was heading home, but clearly was trying to get as much photography in as I could that day! The view of the field behind the train has since been ruined by the installation of solar panels!
