Large logo 47457 "Ben Line" is standing at the head of a westbound parcels, a daily occurrence at the time. But parcels traffic gradually disappeared from British Rail, as the move towards efficient parcels delivery by road became the norm. Withdrawn from service in 1992, 47457 was scrapped at Old Oak Common depot in 1997.
