The shunter hangs on to the handrail for a ride into the depot on 33016. The Royal Mail sorting office in the background has probably now gone. The last time I was at Bristol Temple Meads it was in the process of being demolished. This office had a conveyor link to the platforms, the conveyor being housed in a bridge across the tracks. Mail could be delivered and collected with ease.
