At 11.26 First Great Western's 1A81 09.16 Plymouth to London Paddington service passes through non-stop, headed by power car 43071, with 43070 "The Corps of Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers" on the rear. I later found out that this latter power car, on its later return to Laira, was taken out of service and off lease!
