A wide view of Sandhills station with Class 508 no. 508120 entering on a train for Liverpool. That imposing white-fronted building still stands today (2025) derelict and up for sale. The frontage looks old but behind appears to be a more modern, or maybe just clad, building, an old factory perhaps?
