End of the line: West Kirby. This is the terminus at the western extremity of the Wirral Line. This station was opened in 1898 after it was relocated from the original station's location. Today it has a certain Art Deco feel about it. Blue and grey Class 508 no. 508112 waits to leave for Liverpool.
