Class 47/7 no. 47706 passes Slymlakes and is slowing for the stop at Axminster. This is the 15.43 Exeter St. Davids to London Waterloo service. No. 47706 never did get repainted. Withdrawn from service in May 1995 it was scrapped just 3 months later at Crewe Works.
