Looking down from the A35 bypass embankment, Class 47/7 no. 47706, in its grubby ScotRail livery, approaches Axminster with the 19.40 Exeter St. Davids to Basingstoke service. Bowled by the sun I put this shot in simply as no, 47706 was the odd man out in the fleet of Class 47/7s being used at the time. The rest were in NSE colours.
