Snazzy- but short-lived! Having recently given up its Valenta power plant for a more modern MTU unit during its rebuild, First Great Western HST power car no. 43004 "First For The Future" looks very eye-catching in its "dynamic lines" livery. However, this scheme was not taken much further and the power cars reverted to a more plainer blue, with only the coaches taking this livery instead. At 11.30 it stands at platform 2 with the 09.45 London Paddington to Swansea service.
