With a heavy load of stone in MEA and MBA 4-wheel wagons in tow, Loadhaul-liveried 37884 "Gartcosh" growled through the station west-bound at 10.22. Sadly I did not record the working. In those pre-smart phone days, despite having access to the Freightmaster timetable, some workings were just unidentifiable to me. 37884 has had an interesting career since this photo was taken, having spent some time in France, and in store, before being revitalised and put back into service with Europhoenix and leased to the Rail Operation Group. It continues to growl!
