47468 stands in front of the huge Royal Mail distribution centre, alongside the station and Bath Road TMD, and once the familiar backdrop to this location. It was eventually demolished in 2018 after standing derelict for years.

47468 was unique in that in 1992 it was converted from an ETH-fitted loco into a non-heat member of the 47/3 sub-class as no. 47300.
