This is something that you don't see anymore. A Class 08 shunter on a local trip from one yard to another. 09102 trundles through Newport station at 10.12 with a trip working between Alexandra Dock Junction and East Usk Yards, a mixed bag of wagons for onward shipment, or repair.

09102 was once 08832, but would have been re-geared to make it into a Class 09 and be more suitable for mainline running. Not that it would have been a sprinter on the main line! It was scrapped in Stockton in 2011.
