60163 "Tornado" works 1Z63 08.00 London Waterloo - Exeter St. Davids, the "Devon Belle" railtour operated by UK Railtours, passing at 12.19. She looks fantastic, and the wind played its part too! I was a little concerned with the antics of some of the other spectators around me, with one guy seemingly wanting to take his picture almost on the wrong side of the half barrier, but he did move back at the last moment! I would not normally wish to be taking my shots with "the crowd" but I made an exception this day!
