71000 "Duke of Gloucester" heads up the 1Z82 08.23 Clapham Junction to Exeter St. Davids "Cathedrals Express" dining train and railtour operated by Steam Dreams, seen here at 12.52. I'm standing on a low wall adjacent to the A35 overpass, at a point where the line is now double track, since the installation of the 3 mile dynamic loop at Axminster, opened in 2010.
