Everyone's favourite, Transrail-liveried Class 37 no. 37406 "The Saltire Society" went on to receive EWS maroon and gold and was found atop many a railtour and special working. Here ir passes through Newport at 10.15 with an East Usk to Alexandra Dock Junction Yard civil engineers train. Withdrawn in 2012 it was dismantled the following year at C.F.Booth's scrapyard in Rotherham.
