Around every three months the former Southern route is visited by a Network Rail test train, usually in the form of the Network Rail HST set. However, on this day it was an outing for the Colas Rail pair of 67s that caught my attention, their first time on this train, on this route. The timings allowed me to get this image at 08.46, on my way to work! In a light drizzle, a disappointment for a day in June, 67027 "Charlotte" heads up the train, with 67023 "Stella" bringing up the rear of 1Q23 05.46 Reading Triangle Sidings to Salisbury, via Exeter St. Davids.
