An overnight possession near Exeter resulted in this rare engineering train passing the junction on this Sunday morning, at 08.51. I have to say that the sound of this Class 66 putting on the power was quite impressive, and I heard it approaching for up to a minute before it arrived. This is not what you would expect from a "shed"!

66200 is operating the 6W10 Exmouth Junction to Westbury Down Yard, made up of a rake of bright DB red MXA bogie open wagons. No. 66154 was dead in transit on the rear.
