Seen just north of Portsmouth Arms is the "Tarka Tourer 125 Special" railtour, operated by UK Railtours. It is seen here in the lovely Devon scenery passing the crossing for Scoop Farm at 16.47. If I recall correctly, the train went up to Barnstaple earlier in the day, returned to Exeter ecs for servicing, then went back to Barnstaple to collect its passengers, and is now heading back here as 1Z18 16.30 Barnstaple - London Paddington. First Great Western no. 43128 leads, with 43165 "Prince Michael of Kent" on the rear.
