Returning to the south west after a very long absence, Hanson & Hall Class 50 no. 50008 "Thunderer" heads out of the tunnel with a Retro Railtours trip entitled "Retro Devon II". It's 12.22 and the train is running around 42 late after delays near Cheltenham, confusingly reported as being caused by either smoking brakes or a level crossing fault - take your pick! DB Cargo Class 67 no. 67028 is tucked inside for insurance and the seven air con Mark II/III coaches add to the colourful mix.
