Fragonset Railways loaned their Class 31/4 no. 31128 "Charybdis" for the special diesel operating day, along with the set of coaches used on the Heart of Wessex Line services, and 31452. Here the loco is leaving Cranmore for Mendip Vale - the weather was not great but the rarity of main line diesels operating on the railway was a strong enough attraction!
