Another interesting item of rolling stock - a wooden vinegar car! Standard Brands S.B.I.X #1634 is built out of cypress and fir wood and held 8,100 gallons of vinegar. Painted silver, this helped to reflect the heat of the sun. Due to the corrosive nature of vinegar these cars did not enjoy a long life, so this preserved example is rare.
