(4) Network Rail Class 97s (37s) nos. 97304 "John Tiley" and 97303 are approaching Barmouth at 13.00 with the Pathfinder 40th anniversary railtour, 1Z30 05.39 Bristol Temple Meads to Pwllheli "Cambrian Coast Express". The train is on the curve as it exits Barmouth Bridge. It's frowned upon now, but taking a place at the vestibule window and watching the train twist and turn as it goes along is one of the best things you can do in my opinion. You just have to stay alert!
