(3) At 11.25 Network Rail Class 97s (37s) nos. 97304 "John Tiley" and 97303 are arriving at Machynlleth at the head of Pathfiner Railtour's 1Z30 05.39 Bristol Temple Meads to Pwllheli "Cambrian Coast Express". In the distance is the former signal box, now out of use that ERTMS now controls train movements on the route. I believe that the box has since been demolished. To the left is the former steam shed, re-purposed as part of the maintenance depot for Class 158s that work the passenger services
