A view no longer possible since the demolition of the cooling towers at Didcot Power Station. This is a classic view from the west-end of the platform on the north side. In Didcot yard, left to right, are Mainline-blue 37372, 60071 "Dorothy Garrod" (also a Mainline loco, but still in grey with branding applied) stabled with a rake of "Avon Waste" containers on flats, and 47286 stabled on a rake of Cargowaggons, which might be for MOD service.
