09017, seen here at 17.55, cannot hide its true heritage behind a coat of paint: this venerable 0-6-0 was introduced into service in 1961, built at Horwich Works, Manchester, and spending its BR career on the Southern Region. It later went on to work at the National Railway Museum in York.
