66216 heads the 6Z86 12.23 Aberthaw Power Station to Avonmouth empty coal hoppers, passing the yard at 17.47. A bit late then! Plenty of imported coal was being received at the modern import terminal set up adjacent St. Andrews Road station on the Severn Beach branch, at the time. Today (2018), it lies dormant, more or less, I believe.

This Class 66 went on to serve Euro Cargo Rail (now DB) in France.
