Virgin Cross Country were hiring in EWS/RES Class 47/7s when required. At 12.55 no. 47742 "The Enterprising Scot" has a trip to the south on a train for Poole or Bournemouth. I did not record the details unfortunately. It's running at speed on the through lines non-stop.
