A reminder of times past, when HST were used on cross country services from Poole to the north. This is a Virgin Cross Country service heading away non-stop through Eastleigh at 12.00, with what my notes say is buffer-fitted 43063 as the trailing unit. However, this unit is currently working with First Great Western, and is not buffer-fitted. However, 43062 is buffer fitted and is one of the Network Rail New Measurement Train units. I wonder if I got the number wrong?
