At 09.46 Freightliner's 47152 is approaching on the 4O22 03.30 Crewe Basford Hall to Southampton service. It's an hour late and will swing over to the right in front of me to enter platform 3. There are some pocket flat wagons at the head of the train. Class 47s on Freightliner workings were coming to an end, and were the main incentive for me to visit to Eastleigh on this occasion.
