(2) This rake of wagons has been left here by Class 37 no. 37420 "The Scottish Hosteller" whilst it undertakes a spell of shunting to and from the clay dries sidings at Burngullow. The single line ahead is the main mainline west, singled in 1986 and redoubled again to Probus (!) in 2004. The signal box on the left closed in 1986 when the line was singled. The original signal box is on the right.
