Fifty shades of rust? Former Railfreight "Red Stripe" grey Class 31/1 no. 31301 shows a vast range of colours in addition to the red, grey and yellow it was adorned with. It sits in company with 31439 and a former Connex DEMU coach in the sidings at Meldon. The scrap man caught up with this loco in February 2011.
