Stabled outside Ryde St. John depot is Class 483 no. (483)007 - car nos. 127 & 227. This was my first visit to the island and by now all the units had been painted into their maroon London Underground colours. I had (fortunately) missed the "dinosaur" period when they were all decorated in gaudy dinosaur images.
