Signs and reflections. Northern Trains Class 150 no. 150138 is pulling away from Carnforth at 16.39 on the 2Y61 16.05 Lancaster to Leeds service, about to take a slow right turn over towards the "Little North Western" route to Settle. In the distance is Carnforth Station Junction Signal Box, the replacement for the earlier Furness Railway signal box that was closed in 1903. This 'box was also built by the Furness Railway as their Type 4 design and opened on 25th October 1903.
