(2) Heading away and passing a "new" lower quadrant signal, Swanage-based, and preserved, Class 33 no. 33012 - D6515 "Lt. Jenny Lewis RN", and West Coast Railway's 33029, double-head the 1Z34 14.40 Weymouth to Crewe "The Marching Crompton II" railtour. This train was run by the Branch Line Society, and ran over this same route in the morning on it way to Weymouth, but only with 33029.

I didn't notice it at the time, but seeing this photo later I spotted the bird box on the old yard lamp! I wonder if it will be occupied this spring!
