The Tay Bridge is seen in almost its entirety in this view, from the southern end at Wormit, and with Dundee on the far bank. At 09.10 a National Express East Coast HST has gone through the "high girders" on the 1E12 07.55 Aberdeen to London Kings Cross. The remains of the original bridge can be seen alongside the existing one.
