Having chased the northbound service up to Aberdeen in the morning, we're now following its passage south, and after a changeable afternoon weather-wise it's pleasing to report that the sun has come out for the late afternoon and early evening, the perfect time for photography.

I'm at Inverkeilor, between Montrose and Arbroath, and Freightliner Class 66/6 no. 66610 is southbound on the empty cement tanks forming the 6B32 WO 16.54 Aberdeen to Oxwellmains.
