"Slim Jim" 33201, rare enough in the south west, is a fairly unusual visitor to Newton Abbot, stabled as it is in the former Motorail bay. I assume that it has been working off the Heathfield branch today, although not to Cornwall. More likely an engineers train, and there was certainly a fair amount of engineer's stock in the sidings adjacent to the down platform today. The up goods loop starter sits prominently in front of the loco.
