Virgin Trains Class 47 no. 47817 "The Institution of Mechanical Engineers" heads through non stop with an unidentified train for Poole at 13.13. After this loco was returned to the leasing company, Porterbrook, it was repainted into their somewhat gaudy purple and white livery, thankfully a short lived colour scheme. It has now been transformed into Class 57 no. 57311!
