BR Railfreight-liveried Class 26 no. 26034 has brought in empty coaching stock for a Fort William service, and is standing at the blocks. At the time Queen Street station was a bit uninviting, scruffy and definitely the poorer relative of the more important Central station. But the journeys that could begin here were spectacular!
