Weymouth, Dorset
Absorbed by the GWR, the Wilts, Somerset & Weymouth Railway is a lovely cross-country secondary route from Bristol that meets the ex-LSWR route at Dorchester, where joint running into Weymouth started. The station today is an ugly 1980s creation, the original station being demolished. Of course, the famous street-running Tramway down to the Quay extended from here, but sadly I never witnessed trains on this section, much to my regret.
