Soon to be swept away, this attractive ex-Southern Railway bracket signal stands sentinel at the end of the platform. Another year or so and not only will the signalling change, but so will the track, with the arrival of third-rail electrification. The "modern" Weymouth Signal Box is seen in the distance.
