(2) The 1S51 12.20 Plymouth to Edinburgh Arriva Cross Country service is about to plunge into Parsons Tunnel at 13.05, with power car no. 43207 bringing the rear (no. 43366 was on the front). Moments later a deluge of rain forced us to flee to the cramped protection of the underpass beneath the tracks, where the path lead to the Salty Dog Café and Holcombe beyond!
