The second of today's "The Jacobite" steam excursions and I seem to have managed to have plumped for the two tender-first parts of each train's journey! Lack of research is the main reason, although I had not really intended to photograph the two trains. But I couldn't help myself and anyway, my wife encouraged me! This is the classic view of Glenfinnan station, looking towards Mallaig. At 15.11 Black 5 no 45407 "The Lancashire Fusilier" arrives with 2Y62 14.10 Mallaig to Fort William. More blooming rhododendron!
