Station Pilot No. 2: What caught my eye particularly here was the definite bend in both handrails up to the cab of Class 08 no. 08762. How did that happen I wonder? Needless to say I expect that 08762, now in a spot hire fleet and based at Crewe, will be in better condition now. But I expect that builders plate has long gone! Horwich 1961.
