Stabled for the weekend, Class 60 no. 60027 "Joseph Banks" sits quietly at the north end of Skipton station until Monday arrives, and work up the branch is required. This locomotive, as is the case with so many Class 60s, resides in storage at Toton Yard, Nottingham, cold, lifeless and with an uncertain future.6th
