(2) Another view of "Cracoe" at Swinden Quarry, Rylstone. "Cracoe" was the last locomotive built in Doncaster, so I guess it's fitting that it should find a home in Yorkshire. The odd thing is that it is a diesel hydraulic machine, a transmission arrangement not normally associated with locomotives constructed in Doncaster! Never mind "Swinden", more line "Swindon"! And Cracoe? A village nearby.
